Standby Time/On Call. The City will, in its sole discretion, determine which employees are eligible to be assigned standby based on the employeesability to reliably respond to the operational requirements of the City.

Standby Time/On Call. 19.01 An employee required to standby or remain available for callback duty on other than regular scheduled hours shall be paid at the rate of three dollars ($3.00) per hour of standby time. Where such standby falls on any of the designated holidays listed in the Collective Agreement, the employee shall be paid at a rate of three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per hour of standby time. Hours worked for callback shall be deducted from hours for which the employee receives standby pay. However, an employee shall be entitled to a minimum of five dollars ($5.00) for each eight (8) hour period on standby even if called back to work. Employees on standby will, on request be provided with a beeper for the period of the standby. 19.02 An employee who is called to work after leaving the Hospital's premises and outside of her regular scheduled hours shall be paid a minimum of no less than four (4) hours' pay at time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for work performed on each call-in. In the event that such four-hour period overlaps and extends into her regular shift, she will receive the four-hour guarantee payment at time and one half (1½) and her regular hourly rate for the remaining hours of her regular shift.

  • Standby Time All standby time shall be considered as regular hours worked and shall be compensated on a straight time or overtime basis as are other hours worked under this Agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Repayment on Termination Date The Borrower hereby agrees to repay the outstanding principal amount of (i) all Revolving Credit Loans in full on the Revolving Credit Maturity Date, and (ii) all Swingline Loans in accordance with Section 2.2(b) (but, in any event, no later than the Revolving Credit Maturity Date), together, in each case, with all accrued but unpaid interest thereon.
