STANDING DOWN EMPLOYEES. The employer has the right to deduct payment for any day the employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or through any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause for which the employer cannot reasonably be held responsible.

STANDING DOWN EMPLOYEES. 2.12.1 The employer has the right to deduct payment for any full day the employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or through any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause for which the employer cannot reasonably be held responsible. Employees must be stood down prior to “clocking on” and commencing work for pay to be deducted in respect of that day.

STANDING DOWN EMPLOYEES. The employer Company has the right to deduct payment for any day the employee Employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or through any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause for which the employer Company cannot reasonably be held responsible.

STANDING DOWN EMPLOYEES. 20.1 The employer has the right to deduct payment for any day the employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or through any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause for which the employer cannot reasonably be held responsible, or as a result of an annual close down.

STANDING DOWN EMPLOYEES. The employer has the right to deduct payment for any day the employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or through any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause for which the employer cannot reasonably be held responsible. The company will pay employees 50% of normal time earnings for the first 5 days of stand down for each financial year, excluding a stand down that results from industrial action.

The employer has the right to deduct payment for any day time that the employee cannot be usefully employed because employed, including as a result of any strike or through any breakdown in machinery or any other stoppage of work by any cause for which the employer cannot reasonably be held responsible.

STANDING DOWN EMPLOYEES. ‌ The employer Company has the right to deduct payment for any day the employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or industrial action (other than industrial action engaged in or organised by the Company) or through any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work by any cause for which the employer Company cannot reasonably be held responsible.
