Definition of shiftworker. (a) For the purpose of this Clause and the NES, an Employee will be considered a shiftworker unless they only work hours between 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. (b) Where an Employee with 12 months' continuous service is engaged for any part of the 12 month period as a shiftworker, that Employee must have their annual leave increased by half a day for each month the Employee is continuously engaged as a shiftworker to a maximum of 10 months.
