STATUS AND PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 The Parties have agreed to work together to form an Integrated Care Partnership in order to develop an improved financial, governance and contractual framework for delivering integrated health, support, and community care for the Rotherham population (covered by the CCG and the Council) and to deliver the Place Plan.

STATUS AND PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 4.1 Whilst this Agreement is intended to be fully binding on the Parties, it is concluded on the understanding that it will be the first of a number of agreements to be concluded between the Parties.
STATUS AND PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to define the underlying general terms (“General Terms”) governing the relationship between the Partner, a BT Wholesale customer, and BT pursuant to the BT Wholesale Partner Programme. The BT Wholesale Partner Programme (referred throughout this Agreement as “Partner Plus Programme”) is the tiered Programme of enablement tools, marketing and account management services provided by BT Wholesale to enrolled Partners for supported Products. The specifics of the BT Products falling under the scope of the Partner Plus Programme commitments, the commitments and benefits of the Partner Plus Programme will be contained in a Programme Guide to be provided separately. The Programme Guide will form an annex to this Agreement, be incorporated by reference into, and form an integral part, of this Agreement.
