Status on Return From Sabbatical Leave. A teacher returning from sabbatical leave shall be restored to his former teaching position or to a teaching position for which the teacher is certified. Vacancies created by a sabbatical leave shall be filled on a temporary basis.

Status on Return From Sabbatical Leave. An employee returning from sabbatical leave shall be restored to his/her former teaching position. Vacancies created by sabbatical leave shall be filled on a temporary basis. Employees must work for the district for at least one school contract year upon return or must reimburse the district for the total cost of health insurance if the school district incurred a cost while on said leave unless waived by the Superintendent.
