STATUTORY AND DECLARED HOLIDAYS. 7.01 The Board recognizes the following as holidays to be taken off with pay: New Years' Day Civic Holiday Float Day Labour Day Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day 7.02 The Members of the Association shall take Statutory and Declared Holidays off, and selection of the float holiday as they occur with pay, however, flexibility will be permitted with respect to time off, subject to the exigencies of service and entirely at the discretion of the Chief of Police; 7.03 The Members of the Association shall be entitled to any other Statutory or Declared Holiday proclaimed by the Province of Ontario or the Government of Canada.
