STATUTORY AND DECLARED HOLIDAYS. Shift Employees Long Term Care In lieu of the st atutory or declared holidays as defined in the Agreement, all shif t personnel shall be entitled to 12 days leave w ith pay in addition to vacation leave entitlement. Leave credit s, in lieu of st atutory or declared holidays, may be taken concurrent w ith vacation leave, or regular days off. Within six (6) w eeks of the holiday the employee shall exercise one of the follow ing options:
