Statutory Holiday During Annual Vacation. In the event any of the holidays enumerated in 25.01 above occur during the period of an employee’s vacation, scheduled days off or accumulated Statutory Holiday period, an additional day(s) vacation with pay will be allowed for each holiday so occurring.
Statutory Holiday During Annual Vacation. Should a statutory or public holiday occur during an employee's annual vacation period, the employee shall be given an extra day's vacation with pay in lieu of payment of such holiday.
Statutory Holiday During Annual Vacation. A statutory holiday falling within an employee's scheduled vacation period shall not count as a day of vacation entitlement, provided the employee is eligible to receive the statutory holiday pay.
