Statutory Holiday on a Non Work Day. Where a regular employee is on a non-work day and a paid statutory holiday occurs and is celebrated during such period, that employee shall be given a day off with pay in lieu of the statutory holiday at a time mutually acceptable to the employee and the Employer.
