Step 2: Superintendent. If a satisfactory solution is not effected, the grievant shall present his/her written grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Step 1 response. The Superintendent shall within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the grievance hold a Step 2 meeting to hear the grievance. Within ten (10) working days of the Step 2 meeting the Superintendent shall issue his response in writing and copies shall be sent to the grievant.
