Common use of Step 2: Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Step 2: Superintendent. In the event the employee or Union is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step I, it shall file the grievance with the Superintendent of Schools within ten (10) working days after receipt of the supervisor's answer. The Superintendent shall meet with the employee, and a Union Representative within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the grievance.
