Step II - Manager above Immediate Supervisor Sample Clauses

The 'Step II - Manager above Immediate Supervisor' clause establishes a formal escalation process in which an issue or grievance that cannot be resolved by an employee's immediate supervisor is elevated to the next level of management. In practice, this means that if an employee and their direct supervisor are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, the matter is brought to the attention of the supervisor's manager, who will then review and address the concern. This clause ensures that unresolved issues are given further consideration by higher management, promoting fairness and providing a clear pathway for dispute resolution within the organization.
