Common use of Step Increases Clause in Contracts

Step Increases. 25 An employee not at the maximum of his/her pay range shall receive an 26 anniversary step increase upon the completion of one year of service within the job class at the 27 current step. Service within the job class is measured in accordance with Article 2.
