STEP ONE TWO. The If the matter is not resolved through informal resolution, grievance it shall be set forth in writing as a grievance, be signed by the grievor and a Union representative and given to the Xxxx of FGS or designate within fourteen the twenty-eight calendar day period stated at Article 6.01 (ii) and (iii). The written grievance shall contain details of the grievance, a statement of the matter in dispute, the specific provision(s) or interpretation of the agreement that allegedly has been violated and the relief sought. The Department of Faculty Relations or its designated representative The Xxxx or their designated representative shall convene a meeting to discuss the grievance within fourteen calendar days of receipt of the grievance and shall give their reply, in writing, within twenty-one calendar days of that meeting.

  • Definitions For purposes of this Agreement:

  • IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first above written.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.
