Storage of Personal Data. The Parties agree to the storage of the data recorded in this Master Services Agreement. The provisions of the Data Protection Act, as applicable from time to time, shall apply.

The following data is captured during enrolment: name, first name, title, address, age, gender, telephone number, e-mail address, reason for fee reduction, course number, semester, course title and tuition fee and, in the case of a SEPA direct debit mandate, bank details. For statistical reasons, the distribution of age groups as well as the gender information is anonymised before further processing.
(2) In the case of payment per SEPA direct debit mandate, the name, first name, bank details, tuition fee as well as the course number are forwarded to the adult education centres' banks.
(3) Storage and processing of the data necessary to process the courses via the database of the adult education centre are contingent upon the student's consent under the applicable data protection laws and regulations (signature on the enrolment form and/or ticking off of the corresponding sections during online enrolment). Enrolment without this consent is not possible
Storage of Personal Data. Personal Data will be hosted in data centers located in the United States, unless the Parties otherwise expressly agree in writing.

You agree that we have the right to transfer the Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy to and from, and process and store it with servers located in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. The purpose of the transfer is mere storing of your Personal Data. We will take appropriate measures to protect your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. By submitting your Personal Data, you agree to this transfer.
4.2. We are taking all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
4.3. In relation to Personal Data that is transferred to and from and processed and stored in the United Kingdom, Motor Share is the data controller for the purpose of the UK Data Protection Acts 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR“).
4.4. Our nominated representative responsible for data protection is General Manager
4.5. To preserve the integrity of our databases, for research, analytics and statistics purposes and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, we retain your Personal Data for a reasonable length of time equated to 10 years.
4.6. Motor Share is not responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us and will modify or update your Personal Data in our databases upon your request. If required by law or at your request, we will rectify or erase your Personal Data. By accessing or using the Services, you do hereby represent and warrant that you understand that all information submitted by you through the Application or otherwise to Motor Share may be used by us in accordance with applicable laws, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
Storage of Personal Data. 5.1 Neither Party shall retain or process Personal Data or any other Personal Data for a period longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes of the Processing (i.e. for the purpose of proper implementation of the Agreement, as mentioned above) or, if an extended duration is necessary, to comply with the obligations imposed under the applicable laws or to allow the realization / satisfaction of certain rights of the Party concerned, according to the law.
