The Licensee is entitled to an unlimited amount audio streams (on all streaming platforms such as Spotify) and unlimited video streams (on all platforms supporting video such as Youtube) for the song(s) created with the composition. All streaming royalties generated by the Licensee's song(s) belong to the Licensee.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, a digital signal may be output if it is protected and encrypted by High Definition Copy Protection (“HDCP”) or Digital Transmission Copy Protection (“DTCP”). A set-top box that outputs decrypted protected content provided pursuant to the Agreement using DTCP shall map the copy control information associated with the program; the copy control information shall be set to “copy never”. Streaming. When you stream Digital Content, the resolution and quality of the Digital Content you receive will depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which you are streaming the Digital Content and your bandwidth, which may go up and down over the course of your viewing. If we detect that Digital Content we are streaming to you may be interrupted or may otherwise not play properly due to bandwidth constraints or other factors, we may decrease the resolution and file size of the Digital Content we stream to you in an effort to provide an uninterrupted viewing experience. While we strive to provide you a high quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the Digital Content you will receive when streaming, even if you have paid extra for access to high definition content.
Streaming. Payment for usage in new media of programs originally made for broadcast depends on whether the consumer pays for access to such program. When the consumer pays (“SVOD” or Subscription Video on Demand), the Producer shall pay 1% of distributor’s gross receipts (DGR) to the Film Musicians’ Secondary Markets Fund (FMSMF). For electronic sell-through, the Producer shall pay 1.5% of 20% of DGR for the first 100,000 units and 2.9% of 20% of DGR thereafter. For free-to-the-consumer streaming (“AVOD” or Advertising Video on Demand), beyond an initial free streaming window, the Musicians shall be paid 2% of their original session wages for each of two 26-week streaming windows.
