Strike or Lockouts. 13.1 The Union will not cause, nor permit its members to cause, nor will any member of the bargaining unit take part in a slow down or a strike, either a sit-down or stay-in, or any other kind of strike, or any other kind of interference or any work stoppage whatsoever, either total or partial, of any of the Company's operations during the term of this Agreement. The Company will not cause, nor permit its Employees to cause, engage in or permit, a lock-out of any of its Employees within the bargaining unit during the term of this Agreement.
Strike or Lockouts. The parties to this agreement agree that there shall be no strikes or lockouts for the duration of this agreement.
Strike or Lockouts. It is specifically agreed that there will be no lockouts, strikes or stoppages of any work of any sort, except as provided in ARTICLE VI, pertaining to failure to comply with the Arbitrator’s decision.

The Union undertakes and agrees that while this Agreement is in operation neither the Union nor any employee shall take part in or call or encourage any strike, picketing, sit-down, slowdown, or any suspension or stoppage of or interference with work or production against the Board which shall in any way affect the operation of the Board, nor shall there be any sympathy strikes or secondary boycotts and the Board agrees that it will not engage in any lockouts during the term of this Agreement. When a full-time employee, or a part-time employee has made an attempt to cross and has been unable to have access to place of work due to a strike action by another union, the employee will proceed to the nearest District School Board facility not under strike action. The employee will contact Field Supervisor of Facility Services Department and await instructions. If instructions are not received by the employee the remainder of shift will be completed at the facility in which the employee gained access.

The or operation of any piece of equipment owned or partly owned by another facility, but normally maintained or operated by an employee, will not be discontinued by any employee if persons employed at the other are on strike or out. The Company will not require any to perform the duty of other staff members engaged in a lawful strike.

Without the generality of Article it is agreed that neither the national Union nor its local Union at Sub Inc. nor its members, nor their agents or representatives shall participate in or solicit, encourage or counsel others to engage in a boycott or any other kind of activities which are designedor intended to adversely affect the interests of Sub Inc. during the term of this Agreement.

(1) It is hereby agreed there shall be no strikes, work stoppages, picketing, or any other interruptions of normal work by the employees covered by this Agreement and/or the Union during the term of this agreement and it is agreed there shall be no lockouts by the Region during the life of this Agreement.

U N Picket and Struck Work The Company will not require any employee to cross a lawfully established picket line. This shall not apply to a picket line established at the Company premisesor facilities during the term of this Agreement. Employees gathering news may attend at a strike location and at their discretion, cross a picket line in the execution of their duties. The Company will not originate a program or programs not normally fed to a struck or facility. The recording or transmissionof programming that istransmitted to the Company another facility from which is normally received will not be impeded by an employee, even if the employed at that other facility are on strike or locked out. The maintenance or operation of any piece of equipment owned or partly owned by another facility but normally maintained or operated by an employee, will not be discontinued by any employee even if persons employed at the other facility are on strike or locked out. The Company will not require any employee to perform the duty of other staff members engaged in a lawful strike. In the event of a breach of this article, the adversely affected party shall be left with all remedies available in law or equity.
Strike or Lockouts. In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the of this Agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout. The Union further agrees that it will not involve any employee of the Employer, or the Employer itself, in any dispute which may arise between any other employer and the employees of such other employer. The Union further agrees that it will not involve, during the course of their employment duties, any employee bound by this Agreement or the Employer itself, in any dispute which may arise between the Employer and other employees of the Employer.
