STRIKES AND SLOWDOWNS PROHIBITED. The parties hereto agree that there will not be and that the Association, its officers, employees, or agents will not engage in strikes or slowdowns which would involve suspension of or interference with normal work.
STRIKES AND SLOWDOWNS PROHIBITED. A. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement, neither it nor its officers or members will engage in, encourage, sanction, support, or suggest any (1) strikes, (2) slowdowns, (3) mass absenteeism, (4) mass resignations, or (5) picketing which would involve suspension of or interference with the normal work of the department or other Town departments.
STRIKES AND SLOWDOWNS PROHIBITED. Section A The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement neither it nor its officers or members will engage in, encourage, sanction, support, or suggest any strikes, slowdowns, mass resignations, mass absenteeism, picketing, or other similar actions which would involve suspension of or interference with the normal work of the Employer or other town departments. In the event that union members participate in such activities in violation of this provision, the Union shall notify those members so engaged to cease and desist from such activities and shall instruct the members to return to their normal duties. In consideration of the performance by the Union of its obligation, as outlined above, there shall be no liability on the part of the Union nor of its officers or agents for any damages resulting from the unauthorized breach of the agreements contained in this article by individual members of the Union.
STRIKES AND SLOWDOWNS PROHIBITED. Pursuant to State Law and recognizing that the protection of public health, safety and welfare demands that public employees not be accorded the right to strike or engage in any work stoppage or slowdown, the ASSOCIATION agrees that during the term of this Agreement neither the ASSOCIATION, its officers, members or agents will engage in, encourage, sanction, support, or suggest:
STRIKES AND SLOWDOWNS PROHIBITED. A. The Association agrees that during the term of this Agreement with the Committee no employee covered by this Agreement shall engage in, induce or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of service.

In the event that Union members participate in such activities in violation of this provision, the Union shall notify those members so engaged, to cease and desist from such activities and shall instruct the members to return to their normal duties. Any employee participating in these prohibited activities may be discharged by the School Board.
