NO STRIKES - NO LOCKOUTS In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial, and the Corporation agrees that there will be no lockout.
NO STRIKES AND NO LOCKOUTS 5:01 The Employer undertakes that there will be no lockout as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement. The Union undertakes that there will be no strike as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement.
STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS The Union agrees during the term of this Agreement there will be no slowdown or strike, stoppage of work or refusal to work or to continue to work. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout.
STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held the Union will not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown, or any stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer's operation through its members.
5.02 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held, the Employer will not engage in any lockout of its employees or deliberately restrict or reduce the hours of work.
Strikes Nothing in this Agreement permits or grants to any employee the right to strike or refuse to perform their official duties.

OFAC; Sanctions; Anti-Corruption Laws; Anti-Money Laundering Laws No Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is in violation of any Sanctions. No Loan Party nor any of its Subsidiaries nor, to the knowledge of such Loan Party, any director, officer, employee, agent or Affiliate of such Loan Party or such Subsidiary (a) is a Sanctioned Person or a Sanctioned Entity, (b) has any assets located in Sanctioned Entities, or (c) derives revenues from investments in, or transactions with Sanctioned Persons or Sanctioned Entities. Each of the Loan Parties and its Subsidiaries has implemented and maintains in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with all Sanctions, Anti-Corruption Laws and Anti-Money Laundering Laws. Each of the Loan Parties and its Subsidiaries, and to the knowledge of each such Loan Party, each director, officer, employee, agent and Affiliate of each such Loan Party and each such Subsidiary, is in compliance with all Sanctions, Anti-Corruption Laws and Anti-Money Laundering Laws. No proceeds of any Loan made or Letter of Credit issued hereunder will be used to fund any operations in, finance any investments or activities in, or make any payments to, a Sanctioned Person or a Sanctioned Entity, or otherwise used in any manner that would result in a violation of any Sanction, Anti-Corruption Law or Anti-Money Laundering Law by any Person (including any Lender, Bank Product Provider, or other individual or entity participating in any transaction).
Lockouts No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the Employer during the term of this Agreement.
