Structure of Document. The document is structured into three main sections, one concerning the definition of the KPIs and one related to test scenarios and test methodologies. The last section (annex) provides details on methodologies and procedures per member state if necessary. For the KPI section there is a list of all identified KPIs with one definition. Each participating member state selects the KPIs which are applicable to its national pilot, multi-country or ERA GLONASS tests. In the second section, test scenarios and methodologies are described. In addition, national methodologies and testing procedures are if necessary provided as annex per member state to reflect the different set up of the national pilots.
Structure of Document. D2.2 first describes a list of mandatory standards related to eCall. The main chapter is dedicated to concrete descriptions of the required development and system architecture for each pilot site in the Member States. The last part of D2.2 is a table with matrix of standards which will be used in each pilot site to ensure that the consortium is able to reach interoperable system status across different test sites.
Structure of Document. The first part of this document is describing the current situation of eCall implementation in each member state. The second part of this document is focused on operational and functional requirements, all in three areas: -  Mobile network operators,  Public safety answer points  In vehicle systems. There are set basic standards and versions for all three areas and based on workshop results there are clarifications for some technical features. HeERO2 has recognised that this particular issue requires individual attention, and as a result HeERO2 has now formed a group with a specific remit to look at these issues. Chapter 6 contains questionnaires with a description of the current situation of PSAPs, IVS and MNOs in each member state.
Structure of Document. Chapter 2 addresses the problem of monitoring traffic at high rate and for different sampling rates. To do so, an adaptive traffic sampling is applied. The sampling rate is adapted dynamically to optimally monitor the flows. Monitoring at optimal sampling rate ensure a minimum usage of resources even when several independent monitoring tasks are run in parallel.
Structure of Document. The deliverable begins with a revision of the pathways and services from WP1 and WP2, in order to incorporate possible changes and updates to the architecture and service specification. A dedicated section (Section 3) presents the final version of the BeyondSilos architecture, including new building blocks to satisfy new requirements, and a complete description of all building blocks included in the architecture. Section 4 includes a technical analysis for each of the seven pilot sites. This technical analysis reports the current pilot site ICT, the pilot site mapping with the BeyondSilos common architecture, finding what building blocks are implemented in each pilot, and a gap analysis, with the identification of the missing modules and the ones the pilot wants to incorporate into its structure, to fill some of these gaps. Finally the document incorporates two sections (5 and 6) with the next steps to be arranged and the interaction with other WPs and the corresponding conclusions.
