Student Academic Advisement. Herkimer County Community College will assume responsibility for coordinating advisement for students who participate in the articulation agreement. The transfer course equivalency table (TABS) xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/TABS will be used as the mechanism for communicating course equivalencies to students. All admissions, pre-requisites, and major course requirements are listed under the respective program in the college catalog: xxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/undergraduate/. Additional information for transfer students can be found at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/transfer. Programs and course equivalencies will be reviewed annually. Appropriate revisions will be made if either institution adds, deletes, or changes course offerings and/or programs. New students are strongly encouraged to contact the department of their intended major at SUNY Buffalo State College prior to registration for their first full-time semester. Upon request, SUNY Buffalo State College will provide on-site support to Herkimer County Community College students.

Student Academic Advisement. Herkimer College staff will provide advising information to interested students who wish to be in the transfer partnership program. Degree advising guides will be used as the mechanism for communicating degree requirements to students. Advising guides will be reviewed annually and appropriate revisions to advising guides will be made as each institution adds, deletes, or changes course offerings. When appropriate, staff members from St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College will offer special orientation/advisement sessions for transfer partnership program students at Herkimer College. When appropriate, St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College agrees to meet with faculty and staff at Herkimer College who will be involved in consulting with and advising students enrolled in the program. Staff members from Herkimer College and the Transfer and Graduate Admissions Office at St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College will be designated as contact persons and coordinators of this transfer partnership program agreement.

  • NYS OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES NOTIFICATION All New York State Agencies must notify the Office of Information Technology Services of any and all plans to procure IT and IT -related products, materials and services meeting required thresholds defined in Technology Policy NYS–P08-001: xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/sites/default/files/documents/NYS-P08-001.pdf, as may be amended, modified or superseded. SALES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish OGS with quarterly sales reports utilizing Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales. Purchases by Non- State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes and/or updates to Appendix I - Report of Contract Sales or to require sales to be reported in a different format without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. Further, additional related sales information and/or detailed Authorized User purchases may be required by OGS and must be supplied upon request.
