College staff. The section explains who may need access to a room, provide instructions to Student(s) or who Students can contact in specific instances. 7.3.1 Students shall be required to permit the Manager and duly authorised personnel, contractors and other work persons, to enter the Accommodation to undertake work such as cleaning and maintenance of the Accommodation at all reasonable hours of the daytime or at any time during an emergency or when a breach of the Accommodation Contract is suspected. 7.3.2 Students will be required to allow access to the Accommodation by the Manager, or other authorised personnel, to undertake regular maintenance and occupancy status inspections. 7.3.3 Confrontational behaviour, including foul language and any behaviour contrary to the College's Equality and Diversity Policies, towards a member of College or contract staff will result in disciplinary action being taken against the Student involved. 7.3.4 Students shall comply with any reasonable request that is made by Accommodation Services/Estates and Facilities in relation to any dispute, emergency, security matter or in any day-to-day matter at the Accommodation. 7.3.5 In relation to any dispute between Students, Accommodation Services shall aim to assist in the resolution of such disputes. Whereby Students wish to take this further, they are able to complain via the College’s complaints procedure. 7.3.6 In the event of any dispute between Students the College reserves the right to move any Student in relation to this on immediate notice but will endeavour to relocate the moved Student elsewhere for the duration of the Accommodation Contract unless such Student is being withdrawn from the College in accordance with the specified regulations.

College staff. Contractor will direct all questions concerning this Agreement or operation hereunder that arise during the Event to PC Staff who are present during the Event, and will follow their directives concerning operation under this Agreement. PC will not provide any kitchen access, nor storage for contractor’s food or ice. Contractor will be responsible for setting up any staging or food preparation areas needed outside Contractor’s vehicle, in a pre-approved location adjacent to the function site. No cooking is allowed on sidewalks or under covered porticos. Contractor is responsible for Contractor’s own set-up and complete clean-up after the event. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to return the rental space to the condition in which it was found. Waste, ice and, beverages may not be dumped anywhere on PC’s Campus or the Event site, but must be removed by Contractor. Trash receptacles will be provided for participants in the Event, but these are not to be used by Contractor for Contractor’s clean-up. PC may charge, and Contractor shall pay, a reasonable fee for costs incurred by PC as a result of Contractor’s failure to clean up as specified herein.

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Wellness i. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey. ii. The Coalition of Unions agrees to partner with the Employer to educate their members on the wellness program and encourage participation. Eligible, enrolled subscribers who register for the Smart Health Program and complete the Well-Being Assessment will be eligible to receive a twenty-five dollar ($25) gift certificate. In addition, eligible, enrolled subscribers shall have the option to earn an annual one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) or more wellness incentive in the form of reduction in deductible or deposit into the Health Savings Account upon successful completion of required Smart Health Program activities. During the term of this Agreement, the Steering Committee created by Executive Order 13-06 shall make recommendations to the PEBB regarding changes to the wellness incentive or the elements of the Smart Health Program.

  • School Any public elementary or secondary school including a charter school, universal pre- kindergarten program authorized pursuant to Education Law § 3602-e, an approved provider of preschool special education, any other publicly funded pre-kindergarten program, a school serving children in a special act school district as defined in Education Law § 4001, an approved private school for the education of students with disabilities, a State-supported school subject to the provisions of Article 85 of the Education Law, or a State-operated school subject to the provisions of Articles 87 or 88 of the Education Law.
