Student Access to Faculty. All instructors of distance education courses are required to have an interaction plan with students on file with their Division Xxxx prior to the start of the semester. Instructors of distance education courses are required to provide students with contact information (office hours, if any, telephone number, mailing and/or E-mail address).

Student Access to Faculty. To provide individual student access to faculty, each Unit A Teaching Faculty member and Unit B University and Senior Lecturer shall maintain a schedule of at least four office hours per calendar week spread over at least three work days or a schedule of at least five office hours per calendar week spread over at least two work days. These hours shall be scheduled to allow reasonable access and shall be posted. If necessary and with reasonable notice, faculty are expected to be accessible to meet students, other faculty, and staff on work days and times other than those of posted office hours and scheduled classes. See Article 4. Unit A Teaching Faculty and Unit B University and Senior Lecturers who are assigned to teach online courses may hold some of their office hours electronically. Faculty who are assigned to teach courses off-campus may hold some of their office hours at the off- campus site. Faculty who hold office hours as defined above must:

If necessary and with reasonable notice, faculty are expected to be accessible to meet students, other faculty, and staff on work days and times other than those of posted office hours and scheduled classes. See Article 4.

  • Access to NID 2.17.3.1 TWTC may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and TWTC shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID:

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity.   • Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.

  • Obligation to Provide Public Access to Grant Records The Division reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this Agreement in the event that the Grantee refuses public access to all documents or other materials made or received by the Grantee that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Public Records Act. The Grantee must immediately contact the Division's Contract Manager for assistance if it receives a public records request related to this Agreement.

  • Access to Public Records The Department may unilaterally cancel this Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing public access to all documents, papers, letters or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.
