Student Prerequisites. In addition to the administrative prerequisites for this course, you are expected to have the following general background.
Student Prerequisites. 1. Minimum age 18
2. Have a current medical examination for diving 3. Be certified as ERDI Dry Suit Ops and ERDI Full Face Mask Ops or equivalent

2. Must be ERD II certified or equivalent
3. Provide proof of current First Response Adult and Child Emergency Care Provider and Oxygen Administration Provider certification or equivalent. Note: First Response courses may be combined with the rescue diver course by qualified instructors
4. Provide proof of 50 public safety logged dives, combined operational and training, as a member of a recognized public safety dive team. Logged dives are those dives where the diver was underwater on scuba. Surface support dives do not count toward this requirement.
5. Have a current medical examination for diving
Student Prerequisites. College of DuPage students must complete the associate degree program at COD prior to enrolling in any of Governors State University courses offered as part of the agreement. College of DuPage students are required to have a cumulative 2.00/4.00 Grade Point Average (GPA) to transfer.
Student Prerequisites. College of Lake County students are required to complete an Associate in Applied Science-Hospitality and Culinary Management degree.
Student Prerequisites. MCW will assign to Site only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite didactic portion of MCW’s applicable educational program.
Student Prerequisites. Oakton Community College students are required to complete an Associate’s degree and meet Elmhurst University admission requirements. Elmhurst gives preference to students with cumulative grade-point averages of 2.50/4.0 for college admission.

Student Prerequisites. Student Prerequisites: Oakton Community College students are required to complete an Associate’s degree and meet Elmhurst College admission requirements. Elmhurst gives preference to students with cumulative minimum grade-point averages of 2.50/4.0 for college admission. The Department of Education requires a separate application process including letters of recommendation, a personal essay, Illinois State Police background/fingerprint check, and a cumulative minimum 2.75 grade point average to be considered for admission into the World Language Education Licensure program.
1. Both parties will provide advising services for interested students. Such services may include but are not limited to telephone advising, interactive videos, on-site presentations, computerized and or Internet communications.
2. Both parties may not use the other’s name, seal, logo or other identifying information in catalogues, advertising materials or anything else, unless the other has reviewed and approved of the proposed use in writing.
