Subcontractor and Supplier Warranties. Whenever Attachment B or Attachment D requires a subcontractor or supplier to provide a guaranty or warranty, Contractor shall be solely responsible for obtaining said guaranty or warranty in form satisfactory to Owner and assigning said warranty or guaranty to Owner. Acceptance of any assigned warranties or guaranties by Owner shall be a precondition to Final Payment and shall not relieve Contractor of any of its guaranty or warranty obligations under this Contract.

For the Equipment identified in Exhibit A, Contractor shall obtain for Owner, from the respective manufacturers, warranties in accordance with Exhibit A (the existence, scope or coverage of such additional warranties shall not lessen, reduce or alter Contractor’s Warranty obligations hereunder).
