Subjects. 1 At least the following subjects shall be discussed during the annual appraisal: a the results achieved and the performance of his job by the employee in the preceding year and the expectations for the coming year; b an evaluation of the employee’s personal development and job performance, with particular attention to competencies, initiative, communication, drive to achieve results, attitude, training, career prospects and, should the employee or his immediate superior wish it, a systematic plan for personal development. The appraisal shall also cover the employee’s proposal for the use of the personal budget and the extra personal budget for the purpose of permanent employability. The outcome of the career advice referred to in Article 3.5 may also be discussed. c measures for training and development and when they will be carried out will be recorded in writing. d the number of annual working hours, requests to avail of the right to work part-time and the employee’s working hours; e the employee’s remuneration in relation to his efforts and the results of his work; f the working conditions and the work climate; g the support provided by and the performance of the manager; h outside activities for which permission is required on the basis of Article 9.3 (outside activities). 2 The employee and his superior may both raise other items for discussion.
Subjects. Buyer’s obligations hereunder are subject to an initial public offering being completed by Baltic Trading Limited on or prior to March 16, 2010. In the event such an offering is not completed on or prior to such date, either Buyers or Sellers may terminate this agreement by written notice to the other without any liability or payment (other than the return of Buyer’s deposit, with interest, if any, as provided in Clause 2)

A Project Labor Management Committee will meet on a regular basis to: 1) promote harmonious relations among the CM, the Contractor, the sub-contractor and Unions; 2) enhance safety awareness, cost effectiveness and productivity of construction operations; 3) protect the public interests; 4) discuss matters relating to xxxxxxx and scheduling with safety and productivity as considerations; and 5) review Affirmative Action and equal opportunity matters pertaining to the Project.
Subjects. 1. The Committee shall consider matters which are not proper subjects to be processed through the grievance procedure, including improvements of patient care, nursing practice and staffing.
2. The Medical Center recognizes the responsibility of the Committee to recommend measures objectively to improve patient care and will duly consider such recommendations. The Medical Center will respond in writing to the Committee’s written recommendations within two (2) weeks of receipt.

Prior to screening a Study participant ("Subject") for enrollment into the Study, Institution and Investigator shall obtain from such Subject or Subject's legal representative, a signed patient consent form meeting all requirements under Applicable Law and previously approved by IRB/IEC and Idorsia ("ICF"). Institution or Investigator shall promptly, but in any event within five (5) working days after discovery of a Study participant receipt of the drug, report to Idorsia and the IRB/IEC any failure to obtain a signed ICF from such Subject.

Subjects. All full-time teachers will have a maximum student contact time of two hundred forty (240) minutes, plus a homeroom assignment, a supervision assignment, and eighty (80) minutes of planning time per day; provided, however, a teacher who serves as a team leader shall not have a supervision assignment. The Administration may substitute a section of instruction for a supervision assignment. The teacher shall receive a pro-rated portion of the beginning salary for additional minutes of administratively approved instruction determined by dividing such approved minutes of instruction by 240 minutes. No teacher will normally be assigned more than four (4) separate course preparations. When predicated, however, by the desirability of maintaining full-time staff positions, five (5) course preparations may be assigned. The fifth course preparation may be assigned with the consent of the teacher and will only last for one (1) year.
