Monthly Subscription. If Customer chooses a monthly Subscription, the amount of incidents included in the Subscription per month is the amount of incidents per year divided by twelve (12). In the event of Termination of such Subscription, excess incidents issued thus far are billed by Supplier on a time and material basis as set out in 2.10 of the Annex.
Monthly Subscription. Members who wish to subscribe to the solar farm may pay with an initial fee following a monthly subscription. Members may make a lump sum payment, which allows the Program Subscription to be tied to specific location or service address for the duration of the project.

Monthly Subscription. The Provider calculates the costs at the end of each calendar month according to the number of Billable Users within the Account and the module assigned to the User. The Service Period is the calendar month of the invoice date. Payment can only be made by credit card or SEPA Direct Debit. One-off costs, such as hardware or services, are billed separately.
Monthly Subscription. Any monthly fees due to Relay for Your use of or access to the Relay System will be automatically debited from Your Relay Account on the 1st of each month for the prior month’s Transactions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by You and Relay.
Monthly Subscription. The minimum Subscription term is one (1) month (“Monthly Subscription”), for which the subscription period shall be one month commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the execution of this Agreement unless otherwise stated in the Order Form. Unless expressly stated otherwise in an Order Form, if the Customer does not terminate the Monthly Subscription in accordance with this Agreement, the Monthly Subscription shall be renewed automatically for the next calendar month and the same shall apply thereafter.
Monthly Subscription. Upon the end of the initial Term (as defined below), Customer may be provided the option to transition from Career Concierge Standard to Career Club’s month-to-month subscription Career Concierge Services (“Career Concierge Monthly”), subject to the payment of all applicable Fees for Career Concierge Monthly. Upon transitioning to Career Concierge Monthly, the Term of this Agreement will renew for successive one-month periods until Customer cancels their subscription to Career Concierge Monthly. Fees for Career Concierge Monthly will be due monthly until canceled. Fees are non-refundable, and Customer will not receive any pro-rated refund or discount of Fees for the remaining period of any Career Concierge Monthly subscription that follows Customer’s cancellation. Customer may cancel the Career Concierge Monthly subscription at any time by using the tools provided, or by contacting career club at xxxx@xxxxxx.xxxx and Customer will maintain access to the Career Concierge Monthly services for the remaining period of the Career Concierge Monthly subscription after such cancellation.
Monthly Subscription. The Customer agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee based on the number of users. The monthly fee will be calculated as follows: TeleDent Professional All prices shown below are monthly fees. 2 user starter Regular sale $109 Each additional User (up to 10) $15 Each additional User (up to 20) $14 Each additional User (up to 50) $13 Each additional User (up to 100) $12 Each additional User (above 100) $11 Storage (Each 10 GB - $10 per month) $10 If the number of users changes during the month so that Customer’s total users changes to a different pricing category, Xxxxx Xxxxxx will make a prorated adjustment to the invoice for the month in which such change occurred.
Monthly Subscription. By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate (available on website), and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. Automatic monthly renewal terms: Once you subscribe, PublishDrive will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. PublishDrive will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the Section ‘What is your cancellation policy?’ For the monthly subscription, you pay the current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept the limitations of the plan communicated on the website (e.g., the number of books). If you exceed the limitations of the plan, you can ask for a quote specifically designed for you. Fix fees and any credits given to you are non-refundable. PublishDrive communicates in email and/or on the Website if there are more plans available for you on the platform, so you can freely choose the best fitting option for you.
Monthly Subscription. Monthly subscription will be charged as per agreement irrespective of use of the terminal and will continue in the event of any suspension of service or deactivation, howsoever caused.
Monthly Subscription. If you subscribe to the Application on a monthly subscription basis, you must pay the monthly fee in advance to access and use the Application. Fees are described in the applicable Service listing on the third party service from which you accessed the Application, or on Company’s website. All fees charged will be processed through the Clover App market. The first monthly fee will start to accrue as of the first day immediately following any trial period (if applicable). The fees do not include any taxes or duties of any kind, which may be imposed by any governmental entity on the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and you will be solely responsible for all such taxes. All amounts are quoted in and payable in local currency. Company reserves the right to suspend your access to and use of the Application if you fail to pay any undisputed amount owed on or before its due date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to Company; upon cancellation, you (i) will not receive a refund for the billing period during which you cancel your subscription; and (ii) will be able to access your subscription and receive updates of the relevant subscription until the subscription termination date.
