Monthly Subscription. If Customer chooses a monthly Subscription, the amount of incidents included in the Subscription per month is the amount of incidents per year divided by twelve (12). In the event of Termination of such Subscription, excess incidents issued thus far are billed by Supplier on a time and material basis as set out in 2.10 of the Annex.
Monthly Subscription. Members who wish to subscribe to the solar farm may pay with an initial fee following a monthly subscription. Members may make a lump sum payment, which allows the Program Subscription to be tied to specific location or service address for the duration of the project.

Monthly Subscription. The Provider calculates the costs at the end of each calendar month according to the number of Billable Users within the Account and the module assigned to the User. The Service Period is the calendar month of the invoice date. Payment can only be made by credit card or SEPA Direct Debit. One-off costs, such as hardware or services, are billed separately.
Monthly Subscription. Any monthly fees due to Relay for Your use of or access to the Relay System will be automatically debited from Your Relay Account on the 10th of each month for the prior month’s Transactions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by You and Relay.
Monthly Subscription. The minimum Subscription term is one (1) month (“Monthly Subscription”), for which the subscription period shall be one month commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the execution of this Agreement unless otherwise stated in the Order Form. A Business is responsible for updating Hello Temp with any change in payment information or when payment information is expired. A Business shall be automatically charged the subscription at renewal if no notice or cancellation is given in writing to xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx no later than 14-days prior to the renewal date. Unless such notice is received in writing no later than fourteen days prior to the renewal date, Hello Temp will renew the Business’s subscription level based on the current plan. Hello Temp will charge a Business using their payment information on file. A Business may require Candidates to pass a background check administered by a third-party vendor, subject to Candidate's lawful consent (“Background Check”). Hello Temp may order these Background Checks after a conditional offer is made, at the Business’s discretion. BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO PERMIT HELLO TEMP TO PERFORM BACKGROUND CHECKS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO BACKGROUND CHECKS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE PLATFORM. Businesses acknowledge that Hello Temp has no obligation to perform Background Checks on any Candidates and that such Background Checks are not guarantees of a Candidate’s eligibility or the accuracy of the information provided by a Candidate. Background Checks may be limited or out-of-date, and any reliance on the information provided in a Background Check or by a Candidate is at your own risk. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the System. As a condition of your use of the System, you warrant that you will not use the System for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the System in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the System, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the System. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the System. Monthly Subscription via the Website or through a Cloud Marketplace by creating a username and a password and providing the necessary information required by JFrog; or
Monthly Subscription. For Customers with a Monthly Subscription, Customer's authorized credit card will be charged when Customer subscribes to the Service (prorated for the first month if applicable). For the duration of the Service until cancelled or terminated in accordance with this Agreement, Customer will be automatically charged the then-current fees associated with the Service on or about the first day of the month. Multi-Site Customers must sign up for an Annual Subscription in order to utilize the Sub-Account ordering and management features.
Monthly Subscription. Upon the end of the initial Term (as defined below), Customer may be provided the option to transition from Career Concierge Standard to Career Club’s month-to-month subscription Career Concierge Services (“Career Concierge Monthly”), subject to the payment of all applicable Fees for Career Concierge Monthly. Upon transitioning to Career Concierge Monthly, the Term of this Agreement will renew for successive one-month periods until Customer cancels their subscription to Career Concierge Monthly. Fees for Career Concierge Monthly will be due monthly until canceled. Fees are non-refundable, and Customer will not receive any pro-rated refund or discount of Fees for the remaining period of any Career Concierge Monthly subscription that follows Customer’s cancellation. Customer may cancel the Career Concierge Monthly subscription at any time by using the tools provided, or by contacting career club at xxxx@xxxxxx.xxxx and Customer will maintain access to the Career Concierge Monthly services for the remaining period of the Career Concierge Monthly subscription after such cancellation.
