SUBSTITUTE PERSONNEL. 6. The Retirement Incentive Plan is entirely voluntary on the part of the employee. Anyone may take a regular service retirement at such time as he/she is eligible. The qualifications listed above apply only to those persons who wish to couple their retirement with the cash bonus.
