Survey content will be adjusted to identify pollutants and associated pollution-causing behaviors for targeted outreach and preferred methods for receiving information. Analysis of survey results will inform the development of implementation plans.

Contractor will develop a Partnership Strategy laying out the best methods for collaboration between Project Pollution Prevention and organizations in the School Program Database.

CONSULTANT shall coordinate with engineering team, COUNTY, and SUBCONSULTANTS to determine an appropriate Area of Potential Effects (APE) Map. The APE Map will delineate a boundary encompassing all anticipated direct and indirect project impacts. This will include all utility relocation, materials and equipment staging area, areas requiring cut and fill, all temporary construction easements, and the area necessary to complete construction of the bridge. The APE will determine the limits of field surveys and report documentation. CONSULTANT will prepare an APE map and submit it to Caltrans for signature. An archaeological APE map will be prepared. The AutoCAD Project Boundary will form the basis for the APE Map. This task is complete when Caltrans approves and signs the APE map.
