Summer encampment. Regular, full-time employees on the active payroll will be granted a leave of absence upon request where they are required to participate in summer encampment training as a member of the National Guard or any U.S. Military Reserve as provided for by Federal law and/or the laws of Colorado, such leave shall be granted upon one (1) weeks advance written notice to the Human Resources Manager.
Summer encampment. In the event any employee covered by this Agreement, who is a reservist in the Armed Forces of the United States, is required to go away on maneuvers or summer encampment, for a temporary period, the Employer agrees to supplement his military pay with an amount sufficient to equal his regular forty (40) hour weekly earnings at the straight time rate for his job classification. This shall be limited to thirty (30) calendar days.
