Superintendent/Association Meetings. Representatives of the Association shall meet with the Superintendent and such other administrators as he/she may designate, according to a schedule mutually agreed upon, to review and discuss current school problems, practices, and the administration of this Agreement.

Superintendent/Association Meetings. 1.5.1 The Superintendent and/or designee(s) will meet formally with the Association President, Vice President AAA/CPEA, and Soundview representative in Labor/Management meetings quarterly. Agenda items the Association wishes to discuss shall be provided to the District two (2) days prior to the meeting. Additionally, if either party intends to have other persons present, they will advise the other party two (2) days prior to the meeting date. If neither party has any agenda items to discuss, the meeting may be cancelled.
Superintendent/Association Meetings. The Superintendent and Career/Technical Director will meet with the Association President and Vice-President as frequently as needed: 1. Any party may initiate meeting by presenting between the 15th and the 30th of the month a written agenda of items to be discussed. 2. The Superintendent will set a date, time, and place within two weeks of written request. 3. By mutual consent, other members and administrators may also attend the meetings. 4. If no request is made, it will be assumed a meeting was not desired.
Superintendent/Association Meetings. The Superintendent and/or designee will meet formally with the Association President and Soundview UniServ Council Representative in Labor/Management meetings on at least a monthly basis, and informal meetings will be arranged as needed by either party. If either party intends to have other persons present, they will advise the other party at the time the meeting is called.
Superintendent/Association Meetings. The executive board and/or the president of the Association has the right to request a meeting with the superintendent to discuss practices and problems or other matters of mutual concern.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.
