Supervision & Reporting. All the reports – inception, interim, draft and final, shall be submitted to NDMA. An expert committee constituted by NDMA will examine the respective reports and decision of NDMA will be final. The Consulting Firm may be requested to attend the meeting of the committee, as and when required. The comments and input of Expert Committee, NDMA will be shared with the consulting Firm. The consulting firm will be required to revise the interim and draft reports based on the comments/suggestions/observations of the committee/NDMA and submit the same to NDMA for acceptance.

Supervision & Reporting. Development Staff Personnel shall report to ---------------------- and work under the supervision of Overnite, which shall have discretion to direct and manage all aspects of the Development Staff Personnel's work, including but not limited to requiring technical training for Development Staff Personnel. Expense for technical training of the Development Staff Personnel required by Overnite shall be borne by Overnite. Development Staff Personnel shall devote all of their work efforts to the Development Staff Services, and shall not participate in work or projects other than the Development Staff Services, except with the prior written consent of Overnite.

Qualifications of the Successful Service Provider at Various Levels The proposer should meet following minimum requirements: At least 7 years of experience developing Web-based learning solutions easily integrated into third-party products such as LMS. Development of Web-based learning solutions using well-known commercial software (i.e. Adobe Flash, XHTML, HTML5 etc.) (Sole Proprietorship software would not be accepted). Experience developing Web-based learning solutions compliant with Section 508, Section 508 Updated standards or Worldwide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (WCAG 1.0), and/or Worldwide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0). Experience developing learning products for UN, International/Global Organizations, giving special attention to multiculturalism, language and geographic diversity and gender sensitivity . Past record and evidence of excellent performance and success stories in designing and developing Web-based learning solutions. (A list of references should be annexed to this RFP).
