Supplemental Child Care Leave. Additional child care leave following the birth or adoption of a child if approved, shall be granted for an aggregate total, including all such leave available under Section 4 of this Article above, of twelve (12) months. Such leave shall be without pay or benefits and unless requested to deal with an ill or disabled child must be applied for prior to the birth or adoption of the child.   • Maternity/Child Care Leave A. The Board agrees to provide employees with a child care leave of absence, without pay, as set forth below:

  • Extended Child Care Leave ‌ Upon completion of maternity, adoption and/or parental leave, including any extension to such leaves, a regular employee will be entitled, upon written application, to a leave of absence without pay to care for the child. Subject to Clause 11.3(a), the following conditions shall apply:
