Supply Chain Traceability. The Seller shall maintain a method of Goods traceability that ensures tracking of the Goods throughout the supply chain back to the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) for all Goods supplied under these Conditions. Such traceability shall clearly identify the name and location of the OCM and all Supply Chain Intermediaries up to and including ADI and shall include OCM identification data such as date codes, lot codes, serial numbers and/or other identifications. This traceability requirement applies to all Goods supplied under these Conditions. Whenever traceability is unavailable or cannot be provided, the Seller shall notify and obtain ADI’s approval in writing before Goods are shipped

Supply Chain Traceability. Seller will implement, and cause each of its suppliers and subcontractors to implement, Supply Chain Traceability (as defined below) in conformance with best industry standards, Buyer’s Standards and all applicable Laws. Immediately following Xxxxx’s request, Seller will provide Buyer all documentation requested by Buyer or otherwise necessary to demonstrate Seller’s and its suppliers and subcontractors, compliance with Supply Chain Traceability requirements, including Seller’s, and its suppliers’ and subcontractors’, purchase orders, invoices, bill of materials,
Supply Chain Traceability. Seller will provide a Certificate of Conformance and Traceability (CoCT) for each shipment, showing full traceability for the parts being purchased back to the manufacturer of electronic parts. This traceability method shall clearly identify the name and location of all of the supply chain intermediaries from the manufacturer to the direct source of the product for the seller and shall include the manufacturer’s batch identification for the items. The Seller further warrants that this document is accurate. If a CoCT is not available, the seller will provide appropriate testing to authenticate the parts shipped and include this testing report along with a Certificate of Conformance as noted in section 5.8.

This traceability method shall clearly identify the name and location of all supply chain intermediaries from the manufacturer to the direct source of the product for the seller, and shall include the manufacturer’s batch identification for the item(s) such as date codes, lot codes, serializations or other batch identifications.

Seller will meet certification requirements and participate in all applicable government supply chain security programs where Seller manufactures, assembles, imports or exports Goods. “Supply Chain Traceability” means (a) the identification of all suppliers or subcontractors used to produce the Goods; (b) the development, maintenance, and production of commercial records to prove the movement of any product, substance, material, or mineral through every step of such supply chains and (c) the location and ownership of manufacturing facilities (including mines, smelters, refineries, or other sources) for all raw materials used in the Goods or the Good.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.
