Surrender of the Property. 18.1 In the event Tenant does not exercise and fulfill the requirements of the First Offer Right, upon the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, Tenant shall quit and surrender the Property, in the condition required to be maintained in accordance with this Lease, to Landlord without any payment therefor by Landlord without delay, free and clear of all lettings and occupancies. Upon such expiration or termination of this Lease, any Tenant’s Property which shall remain on the Property after the expiration or termination of this Lease may, at the option of Landlord, be deemed to have been abandoned, and may either be retained by Landlord as its property or be disposed at Tenant’s expense or without accountability, as Landlord may see fit, provided that if Landlord shall store or warehouse any such property for any period of time Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all expenses incurred in connection therewith, which obligation shall survive any such expiration or termination of this Lease.
18.2 In connection with the surrender of the Property pursuant to Section 18.1, Tenant shall be entitled to remove on or before the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, Tenant’s Property and shall leave in place all Alterations. Tenant shall promptly repair, at its sole cost and expense, any damage to the Property caused by the removal of any of Tenant’s Property.
18.3 The provisions of this Article 18 shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.
Surrender of the Property. 22.1 Upon the termination of this Lease, Lessee shall quit and surrender the leased premises, broom-clean, to Lessor without delay and in good order, condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted, free and clear of all lettings and occupancies, and free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, except that part of the premises which have been taken through eminent domain, if any, after the delivery hereof, without any payment therefor by Lessor. Upon such termination, title to (1) all the "leased property" as defined in Sec. 1.1 hereof, and (2) title to all buildings, alterations, rebuildings, replacements, changes, additions, improvements, fixtures, equipment and appurtenances which have been erected, installed or fixed on or in the leased property during the term of this Lease (not including moveable equipment and trade fixtures owned by Lessee), shall automatically vest in Lessor without the execution of any further instrument and this instrument shall be a conveyance of Lessee's interest in said properties as of such date of termination. Lessee shall, however, on demand execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor any further assurances of title to said improvements and properties as Lessor may request, and Lessee hereby irrevocably constitutes and appoints Lessor as Lessee's attorney-in-fact, coupled with an interest, to execute, acknowledge and deliver any such instrument in the name and on behalf of Lessee in the event Lessee shall for any reason fail to execute, acknowledge and deliver the same promptly after demand is made therefore by Lessor. Any personal property owned by Lessee or other occupant of the property which shall remain on the property after the termination of this Lease, and the removal of Lessee or other occupant from the property, may at the option of Lessor, be deemed to have been abandoned and may be disposed of without accountability, as Lessor may see fit, without prejudice to the rights of any such other occupant as against the Lessee. Lessor shall have the right to require Lessee to remove any alterations or additions constructed under Article 10 hereof that were constructed after 1978, subject to the terms of Section 10.7 above. Said rights shall be exercised by Lessor giving written notice to Lessee on or before ninety (90) days' after such termination. The provisions of this Article shall survive the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.
Surrender of the Property. At the expiration of the term of this agreement, the tenant will turn the property back to the Landlord in as good condition as it was at the beginning of the term, necessary wear and damage by the elements excepted.

The provisions of this Section shall survive the termination of this Lease .Further upon termination Tenant shall surrender its current (*CITY CONFIDENTIAL*) License for the Premises to Landlord along with all other documents affidavits etc. required by the City of (*CITY CONFIDENTIAL*) to allow the cancellation of Tenant’s license instantaneously with the issuance of a new Portions of this exhibits indicated by “(*[TEXT]*)” have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment and such omitted portions have been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. (*CITY CONFIDENTIAL*) License for the Premise to Landlord or his designee. To the extent necessary this document shall constitute an irrevocable Power of attorney from Tenant to Landlord or his designee to effectuate the provisions of this subsection.
Surrender of the Property. 14.1 On expiry of the term or on the revocation or rescission of this Grant for any reason whatsoever and by whoever, the Grantee shall surrender the Property to the Grantor and or the lessees where applicabley, free and unencumbered, and unless the Grantor and the Grantee agree otherwise, the Grantee shall be obliged to dismantle and remove from the Property all Photovoltaic panels, structures and improvements at its sole risk and expense. Provided that the Grantee shall have six (6) months from date of expiry or earlier termination of the Grant to dismantle and remove the photovoltaic panels structures and improvements from the Property; and provided further that such obligation shall be subject to the obligation of the Grantor to grant unfettered access to the Grantee to carry out the dismantling and removal of works.
Surrender of the Property. ASI agrees that, when this Ground Lease expires, including the 30-year option, if ASI exercises it, and any other extensions of time, ASI will surrender the Property, building, and other improvements on the Property to Washoe County, free of liens and encumbrances, except (i) the lien for current taxes, not yet delinquent, (ii) those portions of current assessments not yet due and payable, (iii) anything that affects title to the Project resulting from acts or omissions of Washoe County or consented to in writing by Washoe County, (iv) any liens or encumbrances existing at the commencement of the term of this Ground Lease or placed on the Project during this Ground Lease’s term by Washoe County and ASI jointly, (v) any defects in title, covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way of record, and leases or other tenancy agreements existing at the commencement this Ground Lease’s term, and (vi) subleases covering portions of the Project executed by Washoe County during the term of this Ground Lease. XXX agrees to execute the instruments and do the things as Washoe County reasonably requests, all at Washoe County’s expense, to transfer ASI's right, title, and interest in the building to Washoe County or its designee.
Surrender of the Property. At the end of this Agreement, whether by expiration or termination, Operator shall surrender the Property to the City and all improvements made to the Property by Operator will become the property of the City.
Surrender of the Property. On the last day of the Term or upon any earlier termination of this Agreement pursuant to the provisions hereof, Tenant shall surrender the Property and all improvements thereto to District in compliance with all applicable laws (as hereinafter defined) and in good order, condition and repair, free and clear of any Hazardous Material for which Xxxxxx is responsible hereunder, and free and clear of all Liens and encumbrances (including, without limitation, any Permitted Encumbrances. Title to all personal property of Tenant located in or upon the Property shall remain vested in Tenant, and upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement the same may, and upon the demand of District shall, be removed and any resultant damage to the Housing shall be promptly repaired by and at the expense of Tenant.
Surrender of the Property. Upon termination of this Agreement, Xxxxxx will at Xxxxxx’s expense surrender the Property in good order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and will remove all of Tenant’s personal property. Except as may otherwise be agreed in writing by Landlord and Tenant at the time of installation, all permanent improvements and alterations to the Property other than trade fixtures will belong to Landlord. Tenant may retain ownership of, and will remove, all sheds, mobile greenhouses, signs, and other non- permanent improvements Tenant may have made to the Property.
