SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SUPPORT. The Contractor shall provide traceability of CRs through design, development, test, and deployment of system updates. The Contractor shall provide recommendations, including analysis and technical risk assessment for all system incidents, problems, updates, and changes. The Contractor shall maintain the existing solution architecture (logical, physical, and network topology) and system diagrams. As changes occur, the Contractor shall provide updates to system diagrams and architectural drawings to reflect changes to the baseline architecture to maintain the integrity of the technical solution. The Contractor shall identify and manage technical risks, work with the Government to capture and quantify the potential impact of the risk, assist in defining mitigation approaches, and participate in risk reviews. The Contractor shall support data calls and data extracts required for cybersecurity certifications.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING SUPPORT. The contractor shall provide technical and engineering support to assist in the development of various communications systems, to include performing systems engineering analyses to refine existing, and to develop new systems concepts required to allow the successful development, integration and test of hardware and software items. The contractor shall address engineering and operational issues such as nuclear survivability/vulnerability (S/V) and Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E(3)) to meet future threats, supportability and sustainability issues, and operational issues to meet Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Full Operational Capability (FOC), as well as interface and interoperability issues.   • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7.   • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.

  • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
