Tags. We may use so-called "pixel tags" — small graphic images (also known as "web beacons" or "single-pixel GIFS") — to tell us what parts of our website have been visited or to measure the effectiveness of searches customers perform on our Website. Pixel tags also enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they inform us whether emails have been opened, to help ensure that our messages are of interest to our Delta Fiber Users. None of this data includes Personally Identifiable Information, and you can "opt-out" of receiving these types of emails from us by following the directions provided in Section 6.2. If any Personally Identifiable Information is collected using such tools, it will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Tags. Licensee shall Tag all of its Attachments, at each Pole and each duct face, at the time of installation in accordance with the District’s Joint Use Standards. For pre‐existing Attachments, the District and Licensee shall work together on a timeframe and specifications for Tags of Licensee’s pre‐existing Attachments within 60 days of full execution of this Agreement. Failure to provide proper Tags thereafter will be considered a violation of the Applicable Standards.
Tags. A Performer who is employed for the sole purpose of making dealer identifications or tags which are to be attached to a previously recorded commercial shall be paid not less than $158.26 for each on-camera tag recorded. The applicable tag fee for radio and television off-camera shall be $118.69.
Tags. (a) In consideration of *** under clause 9, and subject to:
(i) the Tags complying with the Tag Specifications and the requirements of clause 6, and
(ii) the supply by ATN to the Broadcaster of the Reports and Links, the Broadcaster shall broadcast one Tag, at its own cost, for each Broadcast Time and on each Station in accordance with this clause.
(b) ATN must provide Tags to the Broadcaster prior to, or at the same time as, it provides the Reports in relation to each Broadcast Time. If ATN provides Tags prior to the Reports for a particular Broadcast Time, then ATN shall specify which Tag is to be broadcast at which Broadcast Time.
(c) Provided a Tag is provided to the Broadcaster in accordance with this clause, the Broadcaster must broadcast the Tag at or in close proximity to the Broadcast Time to which it relates for each Station.
(d) ATN must ensure that each Tag must be in accordance with the Tag Specifications.
(e) ATN shall provide with each Tag its recommended and preferred placement of such Tag within the relevant Broadcast Time, however the location of the Tags within each Broadcast Time will be determined by the Broadcaster at its discretion.
(f) If the Broadcaster fails to broadcast any Tag as required under this agreement, the Broadcaster must use all reasonable endeavours to broadcast a replacement Tag at a time proposed by the Broadcaster and approved by ATN, (which approval will not be unreasonably withheld).
(g) The Broadcaster shall not be required to broadcast a Tag for any Broadcast Time for which it has not been provided Reports and Links by ATN.
Tags. COUNTY shall purchase, at COUNTY’s expense, and cause to be delivered to CONTRACTOR license tags that meet CONTRACTOR’s specifications, which have been provided to COUNTY.
Tags. Licensee shall Tag all of its Attachments, at each Pole and each duct face, at the time of installation in accordance with Grant PUD’s Joint Use Standards. For pre-existing Attachments, Grant PUD and Licensee shall work together within 60 days of full execution of this Agreement to agree to a timeframe and specifications for Tags of Licensee’s pre- existing Attachments. Failure to provide proper Tags thereafter will be considered a violation of the Applicable Standards.
Tags. The Parties agree that the price set forth in Exhibit B includes compensation for Green Tags associated with the Contract Energy and Accreditable Capacity purchased by MP pursuant to this Agreement and that MP is entitled to utilize any and all such Green Tags to the full extent allowed by applicable laws or regulations, MP shall own or be entitled to claim all Green Tags purchased hereunder to the extent such Green Tags may exist during the Term, and to the extent necessary, Seller shall assign to MP all rights, title and authority to register, own, hold and manage such Green Tags in MP’s own name and account, including any rights associated with any renewable energy information or tracking system that may be established with regard to monitoring, tracking, certifying, or trading such Green Tags.
Article IV. Contract Energy and Pricing
Tags. When the production of a tag requires retaining the services of an artist, he/she shall be paid a minimum of two (2) included hours of the rate for the function for which his/her services are retained for each tag. During each projected period of use, the use up to nine (9) tags requires payment of an additional use fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the fee paid based on the use and the artist’s function; for each nine (9) additional tags, a one hundred percent (100%) use fee is added.
Tags. Under each Relevant Deed, equivalent replacement tags must be promptly made available at no cost, except in certain circumstances. One of those circumstances arises where tolls in relation to the Link or Exhibition Street Extension (as applicable) with respect to the tag to be replaced (or any tag replaced by that tag) have fallen short of a particular dollar amount. In considering whether this exception to the obligation to make equivalent replacement tags available applies, tolls levied shall include tolls levied in relation to both, and each of, the Exhibition Street Extension and the Link, with respect to the relevant tag (or any tag replaced by it).26
Tags. Immediately before, during or after each Traffic Report provided by CTN, Corus agrees to broadcast a Tag. Corus reserves the right to edit the Tags if, in Corus's opinion acting reasonably, they do not meet its programming guidelines or regulatory requirements. Any editing will be done with the prior knowledge and co-operation of the advertiser and CTN to the extent that this is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
