Tags. We may use so-called "pixel tags" — small graphic images (also known as "web beacons" or "single-pixel GIFS") — to tell us what parts of our website have been visited or to measure the effectiveness of searches customers perform on our Website. Pixel tags also enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they inform us whether emails have been opened, to help ensure that our messages are of interest to our Delta Fiber Users. None of this data includes Personally Identifiable Information, and you can "opt-out" of receiving these types of emails from us by following the directions provided in Section 6.2. If any Personally Identifiable Information is collected using such tools, it will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Tags. Licensee shall Tag all of its Attachments, at each Pole and each duct face, at the time of installation in accordance with the District’s Joint Use Standards. For pre‐existing Attachments, the District and Licensee shall work together on a timeframe and specifications for Tags of Licensee’s pre‐existing Attachments within 60 days of full execution of this Agreement. Failure to provide proper Tags thereafter will be considered a violation of the Applicable Standards.
Tags. A Performer who is employed for the sole purpose of making dealer identifications or tags which are to be attached to a previously recorded commercial shall be paid not less than $158.26 for each on-camera tag recorded. The applicable tag fee for radio and television off-camera shall be $118.69.

Tags. (a) In consideration of payment by ATN of the Tag Broadcast Fee under clause 9, and subject to:
(i) the Tags complying with the Tag Specifications and the requirements of clause 6, and
(ii) the supply by ATN to the Broadcaster of the Reports and Links, the Broadcaster shall broadcast one Tag, at its own cost, for each Broadcast Time and on each Station in accordance with this clause.
(b) ATN must provide Tags to the Broadcaster prior to, or at the same time as, it provides the Reports in relation to each Broadcast Time. If ATN provides Tags prior to the Reports for a particular Broadcast Time, then ATN shall specify which Tag is to be broadcast at which Broadcast Time.
(c) Provided a Tag is provided to the Broadcaster in accordance with this clause, the Broadcaster must broadcast the Tag at or in close proximity to the Broadcast Time to which it relates for each Station.
(d) ATN must ensure that each Tag must be in accordance with the Tag Specifications.
(e) ATN shall provide with each Tag its recommended and preferred placement of such Tag within the relevant Broadcast Time, however the location of the Tags within each Broadcast Time will be determined by the Broadcaster at its discretion.
(f) If the Broadcaster fails to broadcast any Tag as required under this agreement, the Broadcaster must use all reasonable endeavours to broadcast a replacement Tag at a time proposed by the Broadcaster and approved by ATN, (which approval will not be unreasonably withheld).
(g) The Broadcaster shall not be required to broadcast a Tag for any Broadcast Time for which it has not been provided Reports and Links by ATN.
Tags. Microsoft will provide a mutually agreeable special NetIQ- ---- exclusive tag line for the relationship. This tag line can be used by the Parties during marketing activities and such tag line will be introduced at the Launch.
Tags. A. Metal Tags: Brass with stamped letters; tag size minimum 1-1/2 inch diameter with smooth edges.
B. Valve numbers shall be prefixed with an “HHW” for heating hot water, “W” for water and in similar manner for other services.
Tags. 3.1 Immediately following each Information Report broadcast by Austereo, Austereo must broadcast on the Station, at Austereo’s cost, a Tag that will be provided live to Austereo by ATN as part of such Information Report. If, by agreement with Austereo a Tag is not provided live by ATN, or if Austereo opts to broadcast a Tag in recorded format, then Austereo must broadcast the recorded Tag immediately following the Information Report subject to the Tag having been provided by ATN to Austereo a reasonable time prior to the scheduled broadcast. All payments received for the Tag will be for the benefit of ATN.
3.2 ATN must ensure that each Tag is in compliance with Austereo’s programming guidelines as described on Schedule B. Subject to clause 2.9, all other specifications of the Tags shall be at the sole discretion of ATN.
3.3 If Austereo fails to broadcast any Tag as required under this Agreement other than as a result of a failure by ATN to comply with its obligations under this Agreement, Austereo must use all reasonable endeavours to broadcast a replacement Tag at a time proposed by Austereo and approved by ATN (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld).
3.4 ATN may receive payment from other persons in respect of the Tags and, subject to this Agreement: (a) the Tags may endorse a person or a product of a person; (b) ATN is entitled to contract with any persons (subject to clause 11) on any terms it considers appropriate in respect of the content of the Tags; and (c) Austereo has no direct entitlement to any monies or other consideration received by ATN in respect of the Tags. Austereo acknowledges that its payment in respect of the Tags is as set out in this Agreement.
Tags. These core functions were identified for the first prototype (more details for each function can be found in Appendix 2):
Tags. When the production of a tag requires retaining the services of an artist, he/she shall be paid a minimum of two (2) included hours of the rate for the function for which his/her services are retained for each tag. During each projected period of use, the use up to nine (9) tags requires payment of an additional use fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the fee paid based on the use and the artist’s function; for each nine (9) additional tags, a one hundred percent (100%) use fee is added.
