TEAM SHEETS. All teams competing in all grades under the direct control of the HKRFU shall submit a team sheet on the MyRugby App before kick-off. 21.1 If a Team Sheet or report is not received within 48 hours of the match the particular club shall be penalised as determined by the HKRFU Disputes Committee for these regulations. The club shall then have another 12 hours to get their Team Sheet in and failure to do so may result in the team forfeiting competition points as determined by the HKRFU Disputes Committee for these regulations.

TEAM SHEETS. Before the commencement of the match, each manager is to fully complete a team sheet, have the sheet signed by the referee and exchange the appropriate sheets between each other. The team sheet must contain:
TEAM SHEETS. All teams competing in all grades under the direct control of the HKRFU shall complete a Team Sheet on a prescribed form (HKRFU team sheet) which must be in the hands of the CEO of HKRFU within 48 hours of the completion of the game and/or that is 4.30pm on the Monday following the game played on Saturday. 21.1 The ideal situation is for the report (team sheet) to be faxed, emailed or delivered to the office of the HKRFU. 21.2 The HKRFU have provided electronic copies of team sheets which can be found in the Documents section of each club’s Sporty website. 21.3 All Team Sheets must be completed in full and signed by the Team Manager who will be held responsible for their club. The Team Sheet must be scrutinised by the referee prior to the game to ensure sufficient front row players are present, with the appropriate numbers on the Team Sheet. At the close of the game the Team Sheet must be signed off by the referee, ensuring all point scorers are recorded and that the final result on the team sheet is correct. 21.4 Team Managers may scrutinise the opposition’s completed Team Sheet should he/she have a concern over a player after the match.

For the preliminary rounds of the competition, each team shall produce a team sheet as set out in SJFL Rules Rule 10 M – “PLAYING SEASON, TIMES OF KICK OFF, POSTPONEMENTS & SUBSTITUES”, which must presented to, and signed by the match official BEFORE the game kicks off. The same team sheet may be used throughout the preliminary rounds. Any team failing to produce a team sheet of any game, shall forfeit the game, the points of which shall be awarded to the opposing team. If neither team produces a team sheet, the game shall be classed as null and void and neither team shall be awarded any points 8:2. For semi-final and final games, official team sheets must be completed and presented to the match official BEFORE the game kicks off and must be fully completed as described in SJFL Rules 10 M. Any team failing to do so shall forfeit the game. Should both teams fail to submit team sheets will result in the game being classed null and void, and the two losing teams in the competition shall paly off to decide the winner and runner up of the competition. In such case, the entry fee for the competition shall not be refunded.

  • Safety Data Sheets If specified by City in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Contract, Contractor must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped. Failure to comply with this procedure will be cause for immediate termination of the Contract for violation of safety procedures.

  • No Reverse Engineering You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License or by the Usage Rules if they are applicable to you), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Apple Software or any services provided by the Apple Software, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of open-sourced components included with the Apple Software).

  • Timesheets Employees are required to submit complete and accurate electronic time sheets. In the event that a time sheet is revised or changed, the supervisor will promptly notify the employee.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Course Materials The adoption of any course materials, print or electronic, after a Course Agreement is signed will require an agreed and signed addendum.

  • Prospectuses and Marketing Materials We shall furnish you without charge reasonable quantities of offering Prospectuses (including any supplements currently in effect), current shareholder reports of the Funds, and sales materials issued by us from time to time. In the purchase of shares through us, you are entitled to rely only on the information contained in the offering Prospectus(es). You may not publish any advertisement or distribute sales literature or other written material to the public that makes reference to us or any of the Funds (except material that we furnished to you) without our prior written approval.

  • Marketing Materials (a) During the term of this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser agrees to furnish the Manager at its principal office for prior review and approval by the Manager all written and/or printed materials, including but not limited to, PowerPointÒ or slide presentations, news releases, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets and other promotional, informational or marketing materials (the “Marketing Materials”) for internal use or public dissemination, that are produced or are for use or reference by the Sub-Adviser, its affiliates or other designees, broker-dealers or the public in connection with the Series, and Sub-Adviser shall not use any such materials if the Manager reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Manager by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery. (b) During the term of this Agreement, the Manager agrees to furnish the Sub-Adviser at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, or Marketing Materials prepared for distribution to shareholders of each Series, or the public that refer to the Sub-Adviser in any way, prior to the use thereof, and the Manager shall not use any such materials if the Sub-Adviser reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. The Sub-Adviser’s right to object to such materials is limited to the portions of such materials that expressly relate to the Sub-Adviser, its services and its clients. The Manager agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that materials prepared by its employees or agents or its affiliates that refer to the Sub-Adviser or its clients in any way are consistent with those materials previously approved by the Sub-Adviser as referenced in the first sentence of this paragraph. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Sub-Adviser by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.

  • Pricing The Contractor will not exceed the pricing set forth in the Contract documents.
