Technical Meetings and Assistance. Upon LICENSEE's reasonable advance written request, QUALCOMM shall provide reasonable amounts of technical assistance to LICENSEE on an as available basis and at QUALCOMM's then standard rates for providing such technical assistance. In such event, QUALCOMM shall be permitted to invoice LICENSEE for such charges on a biweekly basis. Payment by LICENSEE with respect to such invoices shall be on a "net-30 day" basis after the date of the invoice. QUALCOMM may terminate such additional technical assistance at any time upon written notice to LICENSEE. This Agreement shall not require QUALCOMM to provide any technical assistance relating to the design of Components or any technical assistance not related to Subscriber Units.

Technical Meetings and Assistance. During the first year after the Effective Date of this Agreement, upon written request from LICENSEE with reasonable advance written notice, QUALCOMM shall provide LICENSEE at no charge up to an aggregate of one hundred (100) man-hours of technical assistance at QUALCOMM’s facilities in San Diego to respond to LICENSEE’S reasonable questions or comments, with no more than five (5) meeting days in any thirty (30) day period. After such 100 man-hours of technical assistance have been used or the first year has expired, QUALCOMM shall provide reasonable amounts of technical assistance to LICENSEE on an as available basis and at QUALCOMM’s then standard rates for providing such technical assistance. In such event, QUALCOMM shall be permitted to invoice LICENSEE for such charges on a bi-weekly basis. Related to Technical Meetings and Assistance

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement. 10.1(b) This Article is intended to provide a free avenue of communication between the Union and the Company, and suggestions, complaints, or other matters may be presented by either party, provided that neither party shall be required to discuss any item brought up by the other party nor be bound to act upon any item presented.   • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee.   • Project Meetings The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure. 31.2 The Engineer shall record the business of management meetings and is to provide copies of his record to those attending the meeting and to the Employer. The responsibility of the parties for actions to be taken is to be decided by the Engineer either at the management meeting or after the management meeting and stated in writing to all who attended the meeting.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Notice of Board Meetings Notice of Board meetings shall be given by the Chair or the Chair’s designee to each other Board Member by overnight courier service, email or other electronic transmission, or personal delivery. Notices shall be deemed to have been given: if given by courier service, when deposited with a courier service for overnight delivery with charges therefor prepaid or duly provided for; if given email or other electronic transmission, at the time of sending; and if given by personal delivery, at the time of delivery. Notices given by personal delivery may be in writing or oral. Written notices shall be sent to a Board Member at the postal address, email address or address for other electronic transmission, designated by him or her for that purpose or, if none has been so designated, at his or her last known residence or business address, email address or address for other electronic transmission. Except to the extent required by applicable law, no notice of any meeting of the Board need state the purposes of the meeting.
