TECHNICAL PROPOSAL EVALUATION. The Office of Financial Management will evaluate the proposal based on the technical portion of the Evaluation Criteria. Each Vendor is responsible for submitting all relevant, factual and correct information with their offer to enable the evaluators(s) to afford each vendor the maximum score based on the available data submitted by the Vendor. Past Vendor Performance may be considered in the award of this Contract. Vendors with a record of poor performance in the last twelve (12) months may be found non-responsible and ineligible for award.
