Technical Stores/Supply Personnel. Two weeks in advance of a holiday, the company will post a volunteer list for employees who desire to have the holiday off. Management will decide what employees will be awarded the day off based on the needs of the operation and seniority one week prior to the holiday. Passenger Service agents/Ticket Counter Agents-The Company may within seven (7) days after finalizing a holiday flight schedule requiring less employees, post a volunteer list showing the number of employees in each classification needed to work the holiday. Employees normally scheduled to work will, in seniority order, at least three (3) days after the posting, indicate their desire to work. If an insufficient number of qualified employees volunteer to work, the Company will assign qualified employees in the inverse order of seniority from those that were scheduled to work.

Technical Stores/Supply Personnel. Each maintenance facility will have a designated Safety Committee. The Committee will consist of representatives from IAMAW membership and AWA Management. The Committee will hold periodic or upon request, safety meetings that review safety concerns. The provisions of Article 10 regarding overtime pay does not apply to IAMAW covered employees who participate in safety related activities such as meetings, injury reviews, safety improvement action items, etc. Upon the Employees request the Company will adjust the Employees work schedule to accommodate the meeting time. The committee will consist of representatives from IAMAW and the Company. The Committee shall meet periodically and shall keep minutes of all meetings. All minutes will be published and communicated to all Employees.

The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year.
