Temperature Reaching 37oC. When the general outside temperature as advised by the Bureau of Meteorology at Kent Town reaches 37oC the following will apply: Employees who have been relocated to the amenities building will be allowed to leave site. Employees working in air-conditioned areas and/or areas where the temperature is less than 37oC will continue working. Employees working in other than air-conditioned areas where the temperature is less than 37oC but the humidity is such that it is not reasonable for these employees to continue working will be allowed on request and with the approval of the appropriate supervisor to cease work and leave site subject to all areas being left in a safe condition and all tools and equipment properly stored.

Temperature Reaching 37oC. When the general outside temperature at the closest weather station to the work site as advised by the Bureau of Meteorology at Kent Town reaches 37oC the following will apply: • Either be released from duty; or where • Work is available in inside areas where the temperature is less than 37 C due to Air Conditioning or Cooling continue working. • When employees leave site in accordance with the above the inclement weather provisions of this agreement shall prevail with respect to entitlement to payment.

Employees working in air-conditioned areas and/or areas where the temperature is less than 37oC will continue working.   • Teaching Loads The range of teaching loads, number of preparations and number of pupil contacts required should provide for effective instruction and meaningful teacher-student interaction.   • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx. At the commencement of each project, the onsite management and employee representatives shall agree which is to be the applicable automatic weather monitoring station.

  • Teaching Load Full teaching assignments shall normally include 12 course credit hours of scheduled teaching per academic quarter. A reassignment of duty, for the equivalent of 3 or 4 credit course, shall be provided during one term of the first academic year to all newly hired tenure track faculty to further their teaching, scholarship and service and to encourage faculty retention. Wherever possible the University will endeavor to arrange teaching schedules that avoid excessive numbers of preparations and recognize evening and/or off-campus assignments. Class sizes will be established and monitored by the appropriate academic xxxx in consultation with division chairs and affected faculty each term. The following equivalencies will be used in determining teaching assignments:

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes.   • TEACHING CONDITIONS The parties recognize that the availability of optimum school facilities for both student and teacher is desirable to insure the high quality of education that is the goal of both the teacher and the Board. It is also acknowledged that the primary duty and responsibility of the teacher is to teach and that the organization of the school and the school day should be directed at insuring that the energy of the teacher is primarily utilized to this end.

  • PRODUCTION DEFINITELY DISCONTINUED If the holder of the approval completely ceases to manufacture a type of vehicle approved in accordance with this Regulation, he shall so inform the authority which granted the approval, which in turn shall forthwith inform the other Contracting Parties to the Agreement applying this Regulation by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

  • Training Objectives It is important that the objectives for the employee(s) enrolling in this course or program is related to the strategic objectives of the organization for which the employee works. Provide text to explain how the training event meets agency objective(s) and purpose type.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules Each Party shall provide the other Parties a copy of its switching and tagging rules that are applicable to the other Parties’ activities. Such switching and tagging rules shall be developed on a non-discriminatory basis. The Parties shall comply with applicable switching and tagging rules, as amended from time to time, in obtaining clearances for work or for switching operations on equipment.
