Template Design Sample Clauses
The Template Design clause establishes the requirements and standards for creating and using templates within a project or agreement. It typically outlines the format, content, and approval process for templates, ensuring that all documents generated maintain consistency and meet predefined quality criteria. By setting clear expectations for template creation and use, this clause helps streamline workflows, reduce errors, and promote uniformity across all project documentation.
Template Design. If requested by the Member, TDU will work with and prepare a needs assessment for the Member, based on the Member's current and ongoing communication needs and priorities. Template programming by the RPU will commence once the Member approves the needs assessment. The RPU will prepare the primary Template for each Radio if requested by the Member. The RPU will correct any Template programming error(s) attributable to the RPU. A Member may request one primary Template change per year at no charge. The initial Template will be programmed into the Radio by one of two options. Either by MPSCS personnel or a serial specific file will be provided by the RPU to the Member’s vendor. These options will be paid by Member. Refer to the MPSCS Fee Structure.

Template Design. If requested by the User Agency, RAM will work with and prepare a needs assessment for the User Agency, based on the User Agency's current and ongoing communication needs and priorities. All Templates to be programmed into radios to be used on the NJICS must be approved by the RAM. Upon receipt of approval of a Template, the User Agency may have radios programmed by an Authorized Radio Service Provider or the Agency’s authorized radio technicians.

Template Design. Licensee acknowledges that in this version of EasyNetSites, the Licensee will choose a pre‐designed template that features a site header that can be customized with text and images that the Licensee will insert. The template will also have fonts chosen in an appropriate size for the design. These fonts will be available consistently throughout the website through the use of blocks and block groups. Sample screenshots will be provided by the Licensor to demonstrate the look of each design template. While Licensee can insert different fonts and sizes, Licensor strongly recommends that Licensee use the provided fonts in the sizes made available, to ensure a consistent look across all pages. Other design optimization techniques will be suggested during video training or in help manuals.
Template Design. The NJSP RAM will work with the User Agency to develop the template for their radios. This process requires: • Designing a communications plan for the agency / jurisdiction. • Verify the expected Grade of Service. • Becoming a User Agency of the system. • Request or Identify customer accounts in the NJICS asset management system. • Develop a template layout. • Identify optional items within a template consistent with NJICS standard operating practices. For interoperability purposes, talkgroups must have names that can be displayed using eight (8) characters or less due the display capacity of some models of radios. Agencies may optionally use longer talkgroup names where radios can display more characters. A proprietary talkgroup may be established and assigned to a User Agency. The proprietary talkgroup may be shared with another agency by written permission of the agency who established the talkgroup. Non-proprietary talkgroups have been established in the NJICS for the benefit of NJICS User Agencies and will be programmed into radios with demonstrated need and appropriate applications. All radios will be programmed with interoperability talkgroups and conventional interoperability channels using the NJICS Interoperability Template. The RAM can identify talkgroups established for User Agencies and common talkgroups for NJICS User Agency use. Options such as Emergency Alert, Scan, Private Call, will be negotiated at the time of a template build. Some of these radio options may require additional equipment by the User Agency for proper operation. The NJICS reserves final approval on template layout, IDs, and options programmed into the radios.
