Common use of Temporary Contract Clause in Contracts

Temporary Contract. A temporary contract ends automatically by operation of law when the period specified in this contract has elapsed. In case of temporary contracts of at least six months' duration, the employer will inform the employee in writing, no later than one month before the expiry date of the contract, of any continuation of the contract and of the conditions under which the contract will then be continued.
