TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the Trade Contractor shall furnish and make available, at no cost, all temporary facilities, including all power needed for heating and protection of facilities and work. It is the expressed intent of the parties that the Trade Contractor shall be responsible for and at its sole cost all heating and protection of facilities and work.
TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. (a) Electric Power, Steam and Water. Electric power, steam, and water, in quantities sufficient for the Contractor’s requirements for performing the Work, will be furnished by Princeton University without charge. The Contractor shall provide, install, and maintain all equipment connections and temporary lines necessary to tie into Princeton University services in a manner designated by Princeton University, and to convert the services in a manner that makes it useful for construction operations. The Contractor shall give advance written notice before interrupting essential services in accordance with Clause C7. No temporary lines shall be disconnected or removed until approved by Princeton University.
TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. The Contractor may erect temporary buildings (such as, storage sheds, shops, offices) and utilities only with the approval of the Contracting Officer. The cost of these temporary buildings is included in the contract fixed price. The temporary buildings and utilities shall remain the property of the Contractor and shall be removed by the Contractor at its expense upon completion of the work. With the written consent of the Contracting Officer, the buildings and utilities may be abandoned and need not be removed.
TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. 8.1 Temporary facilities and services as provided to the contractor by the prime contractor/owner, or unless otherwise provided in this subcontract, shall be furnished and made available at no cost to subcontractor the temporary facilities and services listed in section A.
TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. The provisions of the DART Standard Specification Section 01500, “Temporary Facilities and Services”, shall apply to the Work as modified herein.
TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. The Subcontractor shall furnish those temporary facilities and services required by the Subcontractor except for those to be provided by the Contractor set forth in the Work Order Exhibit AAAttachment A to this Master Subcontract Agreement. Adequate storage areas, if available, shall be allocated by the Contractor for the Subcontractor's materials and equipment during the course of the Subcontract Work.
TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. FOR THE EMPLOYER AND THE EMPLOYER Add new Sub-clause 4.25 as follows: If the Contractor fails to provide and maintain any of the temporary facilities and services required for the use of the Employer's Personnel, then the Employer shall be entitled to provide and maintain such temporary facilities and services and shall be entitled to recover from the Contractor the cost thereof or may deduct the same from any monies due or that become due to the Contractor.
