TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the Trade Contractor shall furnish and make available, at no cost, all temporary facilities, including all power needed for heating and protection of facilities and work. It is the expressed intent of the parties that the Trade Contractor shall be responsible for and at its sole cost all heating and protection of facilities and work.

TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. (a) Electric Power, Steam and Water. Electric power, steam, and water, in quantities sufficient for the Contractor’s requirements for performing the Work, will be furnished by Princeton University without charge. The Contractor shall provide, install, and maintain all equipment connections and temporary lines necessary to tie into Princeton University services in a manner designated by Princeton University, and to convert the services in a manner that makes it useful for construction operations. The Contractor shall give advance written notice before interrupting essential services in accordance with Clause C7. No temporary lines shall be disconnected or removed until approved by Princeton University.
TEMPORARY FACILITIES AND SERVICES. The Contractor may erect temporary buildings (such as, storage sheds, shops, offices) and utilities only with the approval of the Contracting Officer. The cost of these temporary buildings is included in the contract fixed price. The temporary buildings and utilities shall remain the property of the Contractor and shall be removed by the Contractor at its expense upon completion of the work. With the written consent of the Contracting Officer, the buildings and utilities may be abandoned and need not be removed.

  • Temporary Facilities a. The Contractor shall obtain permits for, install and maintain in safe condition all scaffolds, hoisting equipment, barricades, walkways, or other temporary structures that may be required to accomplish the work. Such structures shall be adequate for the intended use and capable of safely accepting all loads that may be imposed upon them. They shall be installed and maintained in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations.
