SEQUENCING AND SCHEDULING a. The Design-Builder must perform all required connections to the existing utility systems without disruption to existing services. If disruption of the existing services is required, do not proceed without the approval of the Architect and Commission Representative, requested not less than seven (7) days, in advance.
b. The Design-Builder must maintain required facilities until not needed or until shortly before Substantial Completion; remove facilities before Final Completion and Acceptance.
c. The Design-Builder must change over to use of permanent facilities, when applicable, as soon as possible, except when use of permanent facilities is not allowed.
SEQUENCING AND SCHEDULING. A All Door Hardware shall be warranted by the local supplier and made good for a period of one year after the date of substantial completion. Improper installation, abuse, and lack of normal maintenance are not covered by this warranty. The Local Supplier’s warranty is not part of the Manufacturer’s warranty.

C. Provide proposed construction schedule to Ownership prior to construction. Coordinate hole closure with Course staff minimum one week in advance. Maximum number of holes closed simultaneously shall be limited to two holes unless approved by Ownership in advance.

B. Arrange work sequence to avoid the use of newly completed roofing for storage, walking surface, or equipment traffic. Move equipment and material storage areas as work progresses.
C. Repair all traffic-induced damage to the roof system the same day as the damage occurs.
SEQUENCING AND SCHEDULING. A. Preparation work shall be limited to those areas that can be covered with the complete roof membrane on same day or before arrival of inclement weather. Phasing of roofing plies will not be acceptable.
B. Arrange work sequence to avoid use of newly completed roofing for storage, walking surface, or equipment traffic. Move equipment and material storage areas as work progresses.
C. Allow no foot or equipment traffic over membrane until bitumen has cooled below its softening point.
D. Repair any and all traffic-induced damage to the roof membrane the same day as the damage occurs.
