Temporary Fill. Nothing in this article shall be construed to limit or prevent the Employer from temporarily filling a vacant position subject to the limitation contained in Article 24, Temporary Transfers, pending the Employer’s determination to fill the vacancy on a permanent basis.

Temporary Fill. Temporary fills will be removed within 30 days after completion of work at a given location and/or prior to October 31, and in accordance with the Section 401 and 404 Clean Water Act requirements. These areas will be returned to their pre-construction contours and treated with erosion control seed mix.
Temporary Fill. All areas of temporary fill (i.e., temporary work pads and access routes) shall have a liner between the bottom of the fill and the channel bottom. Permittee shall return the channel bottom to its previous condition and contours upon the removal of temporary fill and fabric liner.

  • Temporary Layoff The Employer may temporarily layoff an employee for up to ninety (90) days due to an unanticipated loss of funding, revenue shortfall, lack of work, shortage of material or equipment, or other unexpected or unusual reasons. An employee will normally receive seven (7) days notice of a temporary layoff.
