Common use of Temporary Full-Time Clause in Contracts

Temporary Full-Time. American Red Cross employees who are hired and normally scheduled to work 40 or more hours in a work week (or 80 hours in a two week period) to supplement the workforce on a temporary basis. Employment assignments are limited up to six months. Once a temporary American Red Cross employee exceeds 180 calendar days of employment, he/she will automatically become a member of the bargaining unit.
