Common use of Temporary Full-Time Clause in Contracts

Temporary Full-Time. Employees who are hired for a specified limited time and who work a 40-hour week. PERS membership and health benefit (PEMHCA) regulations are applicable. Temporary full-time employees may participate in the 401(k) and/or 457 programs subject to meeting the eligibility criteria provided in the Administrative Code. All temporary employees are entitled to receive all Holidays as provided for by this Agreement. Temporary full-time employees are not eligible for any other benefits.
