Ten Month Clerical Employees. A 10-month clerical employee is an employee who is regularly scheduled to work thirty- seven and one-half (37 /) hours a week, from September 1 to June 30. Time worked over 40 hours a week will be compensated for at the rate of one and one-half (1/2) the regular hourly rate. Ten month clerical workers will work seven and one-half ( 7 /) hours a day, one-half ( / ) hour for lunch included in that period.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee.
